And take it from me, there's nothing you "need to do." All this process ever looks like for me is a willingness to show up to myself. It usually includes some deep breaths in order to get grounded, relaxed, and feel from within. The rest just happens by allowing my own process of being to arise. And with the sun and moon and planet Mercury in Taurus, maybe one thing you could try is get outside with your feet down on Mother Earth. Trust me, I was born with a Taurus Moon, which means I find my inner-life most enlivened by hands-on experience of the earth. Either way, allowing yourself to explore your own personal connection between the natural rhythms and tides of the outer world to your specific inner one is where the real magic is, I promise you.
