I CAN NOT believe this. I went to bed last night trying to ignore the fact that my jaw was aching on the right side of my face--opposite the ear that's been sick for a week now. By 1am I was tossing and turning with my right ear throbbing so that it made me weak and sick in my stomach. Now, here I am with the fog settled back over me, dull and achy and an ear ache full throttle in my right ear as the left one is finally, finally starting to heal. This is over a week now I am so drained and exhausted I can not tell you. So what are you doing on blogger, dear? It pains me to lay down, laugh, speak or eat. I have no tv.
I feel like I am losing mind.

I have no television at the moment, either. I don't really miss it for the sake of keeping up on news and favorite programs, but for the background noise. Somehow, it makes me more diligent...and sane.
I hope you get well soon. Earaches are no fun, =[.
You poor girl! Earaches are the worst!
Try this Dr. Tim Rx.....
Stand in a relaxed posture with your
feet about shoulder width apart.
Keeping your knees loose,
breathe two cleansing breaths.
Shake your hands in front of you
as if they were on fire and you are
trying to shake the flames out.
Place your hands (palms down) right over left a fraction below your navel.
Breathe naturally, inhale through nose, exhale through mouth with the tip of your tongue lightly touching the roof of your mouth behind your top teeth.
Imagine energy moving in a circle beneath your hands. When ready, draw (breathe) the energy upwards into your head allowing it to circulate for a few moments. Then draw it back down and repeat.
After a few completions, mindfully remove your hands and stand in posture for a few moments.
Try this several times a day. Let me know how it goes!
